Nonas Theodoros is a graduate of TEFAA of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a specialization in Lifeguarding and Rowing.
He has been practicing the profession of rowing coach since 2009, having been a coach in all the rowing clubs of the Prefecture of Kastoria and having highlighted with his work great athletes with distinctions.
His love for the lake, the mountain and the sports starts from 1994 where as an athlete of the Nautical Club of Kastoria he was declared 6 times champion of Greece. From 2010 onwards as an athlete he has taken part in many mountain running competitions.
Christina Giazitzidou was a member of the national rowing team for about a decade, in which she managed to be declared 5 times world champion, 3 times European champion, culminating in her rich career at the London Olympics in 2012 in which she won the Bronze medal. 2XLW giving Greece an Olympic medal.
He holds a coaching diploma from the GGA as well as a first aid diploma.
In recent years she has been a mountain running athlete with the SALOMON team, having won many races in the women’s category.
