1. Mountain biking in the forests of Kastoria
A separate cycling through paths, old sidewalks, water eateries and dense beech and pine forests.
2. Cycling and visit to the village of Nymfaio
Our cycling route starts from the village of Perikopi which is 30 km away from the city of Kastoria.
We enter a beautiful beech forest enjoying on our right a unique view of the city of Kastoria. route beautifies meter by meter and as it progresses the vegetation alternates, passing forests with pines, oaks and return to the wonderful dense beech forests, together with envious meadows, like huge plains.
Arriving in Nymfaio, a jewel which is a traditional, preserved settlement. There is the shelter of the brown bear of Arcturus. There you can meet all the bears that are hosted in a specially fenced area of 50 acres, at an altitude of 1350m.

3. Cycling in the lakes Arenas
Our cycling route starts just before the village of Pefkofito, at a distance of 55 km from the city of Kastoria.
We enter an old dirt road, which is surrounded by the dense vegetation of Grammos.
There we will meet a complex of two small alpine lakes in the shadow of Grammos which are one of the most beautiful mountainous aquatic ecosystems in Greece. Lake Moutsalia, or as it is most often mentioned, Arena lakes, which are located in a lush beech forest at the root of the peak of Grammos, Epano Arena (altitude 2,196 m).
